What is a Team Map?

Team Map is basically a Heat Map, it map interactions and relations between members of an agile team.

What is a Interaction/Relationship?

When at least two team's member work together, a series of relationship will be happen between them it could have positive like when a person help another person to finish a job, or it could be negative like when they have conflict on something, it will always happen and in general these interactions is the benefits of team works.

What's the benefits of tracking those Interactions/Relationships?

It happens a lot, this is a human world, same stuff happens every day, it's not just number of occurrence that matters but first step to control something is to monitor that. then you'll see conflicts bring conflicts, and it's not always bad, world would be boring if people constantly be agree with each other.

It's Agile world, transparency is the best no one should be ashamed of his idea, his work or her way of thinking.

How Team Map works?

You can categorize those Interactions/Relationships, it's not the matter of good or bad it's just the variety of interactions and diversity of people, so the first step is to define type of this interactions and then you can have a map (table) of occurrence of this type between teammates, cause this stuff happens every day.
